Mèzon Noire Policies & Procedures

 

At Mèzon Noire, we are committed to providing a luxury beauty experience with professionalism and excellence. To ensure seamless service and the best experience for our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies.

 

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

  • All deposits for any service are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.

  • We highly recommend that group parties, events, and bridal engagements be reserved 6 months to 1 year in advance, but no later than 90 days prior to the event to ensure availability.

  • Bridal services will not be reserved unless the bride has completed a consultation and signed a contract.
     

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If an event or engagement is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled service, 30% of the remaining balance is still due as a late cancellation fee.

  • If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled service, the full balance is due.

  • All remaining balances on bridal parties, events, and group packages must be paid in full one week prior to the scheduled engagement. No same-day payments will be accepted for these services unless they are in-house services.

  •  

PAYMENTS & ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • No checks or money orders will be accepted.

  • For all standard appointments, remaining balances must be paid at the time of service, no matter the extent of service.

 

BRIDAL & GROUP RESERVATIONS

  • Mèzon Noire is a full-service bridal company. When booking us for a bridal party or event, you are securing our entire team of beauty professionals unless you are reserving a specific provider for a particular service.

  • For all bridal services, a consultation is mandatory before reserving your wedding date.

 

MERCHANDISE & PRODUCT SALES

  • All merchandise purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds.

  • Store credit or exchange is available only if the product is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

 

HOURS OF OPERATION

  • Tuesday – Saturday: 7 AM – 7 PM

  • Closed on Sundays & Mondays

  • Hours may vary depending on your selected service provider.
